APPA Customer Connections Conference 2020

Hassan Shaban, Principal at Empower Dataworks, along with Josh Mitchell from Chelan County PUD, have the pleasure of hosting a session on using data to build better customer programs at the 2020 APPA Customer Connections Conference.

The Synopsis

Are my programs efficiently meeting their goals? Which of my customers have a high propensity to participate in programs? Which customer segments are under-served by current programs?

Utilities can answer all of these questions and more using easily accessible data. Program managers can then target marketing to specific customers, tweak program workflows and design effective incentives, all while getting feedback on what works and what doesn’t. Discover how Chelan County PUD has integrated data in the planning, design and marketing of their Low Income Programs and learn how you can do the same with your programs.
